Director / Spending Authority take role on behalf of (the General Budget) to organize the warehouse and movables service records and accounts according to  Movable Property Regulation in line; NFRL's Fiscal Affairs Department, and with the relevant departments of the Ministry of the Treasury and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Ministry to work in coordination with the Central Audit Office.
