Food contact materials and materials; Refers to
food packaging materials used to protect products from external influences,
easy transportation and storage, and other materials that are or are expected
to come into contact with or expected to be used during the use, processing,
consumption and transportation of foods. Our department is responsible for
developing analysis methods and pioneering the use of new methods in order to
detect the negative effects of food contact materials and materials on the food
contact. Structural Determination analysis, Total Migration and Specific
Migration analyses are carried out on substances and materials that come
into contact with food. In addition, Proficiency Test Material is prepared in
accordance with TS EN ISO / IEC 17043. Our department employs personnel from
different professional groups who are experts in their fields.
