In department of sample acceptance and report preparation; engineer, veterinarian doctor and professional officers in their businesses are employed. All of the personnel are trained in TS EN ISO / IEC 17025. Samples are accepted and reported concerning TSE, TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 and regulations. At department of sample acceptance and report preparation, if sample is appropriate, first acceptance, giving code and putting number of the samples due to export, import, official demand, private demand. Afterwards, in order to do analyses without keeping waiting of the samples, forms are filled to laboratories according to required analyses and these samples are distributed. After analyses are over, forms are approved by analyst and laboratory chief and then returns to Department of Sample Acceptance and Report Preparation. The results are evaluated here and are sent to Report Writing Department. At Report Writing Department, reports about samples are filled, and after approval, they reach to concerned places by mail, fax or by hand.
