Additives, Adulteration and Authentication
Laboratory has methodology for the solution of the problems in the food sector
in Turkey is investigated, implemented and disseminated. Laboratory performs
research and implementation of analysis, trains other food laboratories, and
participates in national/international research projects.Samples dispatched to
our laboratory are classified as import, export, control, private request and
other control samples. Our laboratory implements research and analysis services
of food, feed, water and fishery products. Main mission of our department is to
find solution to the problems about additive, adulteration and origin in food
and to be leader by following latest technology. We perform research and
implementation of analysis, train other food laboratories, and participate in
national/international research projects. We work in compliance with the latest
national/international standards. Participation in national / international
research projects and compliance with the latest national / international
standards are ensured. Laboratory participates in international proficiency
tests related to the study area.
