This department  studies on projects and publications of NFRL ( providing documentation, sharing knowledge, supporting researches etc.); Conducting official coordination with General Directorate of  Food and Control, General Directorate of  Agricultural Research and Policies in related areas; Tracking of project calls and  making announcements to the related departments, communicating with institutions (TUBITAK, National Agency etc.) providing  grant/ financial support in order to attend related meetings leading sharing knowledge/ building networks.
